Naukacuvu Island • ★★★★
Paradise Cove Resort
On its own beach on Naukacuvu Island, Paradise Cove is the Yasawas’ most polished stay — bungalows and villas set back from the sand under the palms, a reef straight off the beach for snorkelling, and a dive centre for the outer walls. Dinner and drinks are on the terrace as the sun goes down behind the islands; the Fijian staff run the cultural evenings and the kids’ club with the same warmth.
Best for: Couples and families who want the Yasawas with a little more comfort — a villa with a pool, a kids’ club for the under-tens, and breakfast included with the option of full board.

Octopus Resort
Octopus sits on a long white beach on Waya Island with the reef a few strokes from the shore — one of the Yasawas’ best house reefs, and the reason divers and snorkellers keep coming back. It’s a relaxed, sociable resort with beachfront and garden bures, a good restaurant, and full board included in this package, so once the boat drops you off there’s nothing left to pay for except the bar.
Best for: Snorkellers and divers, and anyone who’d rather spend the budget on the water than the room — full board is included, so the three-star price buys a genuinely all-in island week.

Blue Lagoon Beach Resort
At the far north of the chain on Nacula Island, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort faces the lagoon that gave the resort its name — calm, clear and shallow, with the reef a short swim out. Villas sit along the beach and in the gardens behind it, full board is included, and the days run to the water: snorkelling, kayaking, a village visit, and a sunset that arrives over the lagoon every evening.
Best for: Couples and families who want the furthest-out, quietest of the three — the longest boat ride, the calmest lagoon, and full board so the week needs no planning once you arrive.
